Annual Pastors Report Instructions:
Pastors and coworkers in Christ;
Our Church year ends the last day of February, so I would recommend that you have your annual meeting, to elect officers and delegates to the various conventions and the District Assembly, some time before March 15th.
Our reporting will be done electronically in order to save time and trees. Please download the appropriate forms by clicking on the links below. It would be a good idea to download these forms to a file on your hard drive so you will have access even when you are not online. You will not have to print these forms or send me a hard copy you can simply email them to me. You can only email the WORD documents once they have been filled out and saved. The PDF format will not email, they come through blank. So please use the WORD documents for email reporting.
First, "ANNUAL REPORT OF PASTOR" to the District Assembly. You can down load a copy to fill in by clicking on the link above. The pastor’s report is in PDF format. (This is a worksheet, you must still complete the report On-Line at www.apr.nazarene.org.)
On Line Reporting – The html is www.apr.nazarene.org . I will be emailing your personal user name and password in an email the first of February. If you do not have internet access please find a friend or someone who does. Your local Public Library also has computers available for your use. Once you have finished your online report please electronically sign them. I can then download them and print them myself.
The second report I need is the "CHURCH DIRECTORY FORM" (Word format), please fill it out and email it to me. I need this report as soon as possible because the information it contain is included in the District Assembly booklet.
Third, the "CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION" of Delegates, with all appropriate spaces filled out and e-signed.
Fourth, the "DECEASED CHURCH MEMBERS" List, again appropriately filled out as needed.
Fifth, information sheet on "NEW CHURCH SPONSORSHIP CRITERIA," please read through this and if your church qualifies for this, let me know as soon as possible.
Sixth, "GENERAL SUPERINTENDENTS GROWTH AWARD WORKSHEET," Please check and see if you qualify for this award. Please let me know as soon as possible if you qualify.
Last, but not least, the "ALASKA DISTRICT JOURNAL ORDER FORM" The District provides one free copy for each church; the sub-finance committee has determined a cost of $21.00 for each journal ordered after that. Please make sure a check for the appropriate amount accompanies this order form, if you are ordering more than the one free copy of course. Please take care of this order by sending it Micky D. THE DATE FOR THESE REPORTS TO BE EMAILED – On or before April 10th. It is imperative that I receive all the necessary reports quickly and promptly so that I will have what I need as I prepare for the District Assembly. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to call.

My suggestion is that we all get these reports in as soon as possible. Don’t wait until April 1st to talk with your department heads, etc. Do it ASAP! (PLEASE) I encourage all of us as to be in prayer during these pre-Assembly days for the meetings and the services as well as our District Superintendent, Rev. Michael Couch and his wife, Linda. May God richly bless them for their work for us and amongst us especially during this busy season.
